Role Summary

Vinove Software & Services is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of recruitment experience across both IT and Non-IT hiring. The ideal candidate should have expertise in end to-end recruitment, sourcing through multiple channels, candidate assessment, and delivering quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
Understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and networking channels.
Screen and assess candidates based on technical, functional, and behavioral competencies.
Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Conduct market research and talent mapping for niche and critical positions.
Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases with accurate information.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines while maintaining quality standards.





Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition handling both IT and Non-IT hiring.
Robust understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation techniques.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT Services, Software Development, or Technology-driven organizations.
Exposure to hiring across junior, mid-level, and leadership positions.
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics.
