We are looking for a visionary Technical Head with 15+ Years to lead our tech strategy and innovation. The ideal candidate has vast experience across contemporary tech stacks and has driven large-scale transformation for top-tier organizations.

Key Responsibilities :
Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap and digital strategy.
Lead enterprise-wide initiatives in cloud architecture, IoT, AI/ML, and data migration.
Oversee application development with solid emphasis on Java, open-source, and cross-platform technologies.
Lead and mentor cross-functional tech teams (developers, architects, DevOps, QA, etc.).
Drive talent acquisition, training, and performance management.
Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing systems across Linux, Windows, and cloud environments.




Collaborate with leadership to align technology with business growth.
Build and guide high-performing tech teams.

Requirements :
15+ years of leadership experience in tech-driven roles.
Deep expertise in Java, enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and networking.
Proven track record in driving digital transformation and managing complex systems.
Robust leadership, strategic thinking, and client-facing skills.
Prior experience with leading global organizations.
Based in Kolkata.
