Position: ICU Staff Nurse

Department: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Location: Eden Critical Care Hospital, Chandigarh

Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience in a hospital

Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with valid Nursing Registration

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, ECG, oxygen saturation, and other clinical parameters.
Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and injections as prescribed.
Operate and monitor ICU equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, syringe pumps, monitors, and suction machines.
Assist doctors during emergency procedures, intubation, CPR, central line insertion, and other critical interventions.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.




Follow infection control protocols and ensure patient safety at all times.
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare specialists for effective patient care.
Educate and support patients’ families regarding treatment and care.
Ensure proper handover during shift changes and maintain ICU protocols.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience in a hospital.
Robust knowledge of critical care procedures and emergency response.
Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
BLS/ACLS certification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
