Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients visiting our Nashik center. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, patient appointments, inquiries, and administrative support while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a qualified manner.
Manage patient registrations, appointments, and follow-up schedules.
Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails.
Maintain patient records and update information in the clinic management system.
Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and other staff for smooth patient flow.
Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain basic billing records.
Manage daily appointment calendars and ensure timely patient communication.
Handle patient feedback and resolve basic queries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.




Support administrative tasks as required by the center.

Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, front office, customer service, or healthcare administration.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp Business).
Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15000 per month (based on experience and skills) + Incentives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
