Job Summary

Planet EduVentures' IIT & Medical Coaching division is one of the fastest growing coaching institutes in India. It takes pride in its student selections to top IITs, AIIMs, NITs, BITS, VIT and top institutes in the country over the last 10 years.

We are currently hiring Business Development Managers (BDMs) for tie-up with schools and junior colleges for JEE & NEET coaching for Grade 11 & 12 as well as Foundation Coaching for Grade 8 to 10.

The schools and colleges can be pan-India across Tier-I, II & III cities. We are however looking primarily at Mumbai region and rest of Maharashtra along with prominent cities in other states.

Responsibilities and Duties
Mapping key schools/junior colleges in various cities which have potential for coaching revenue
Meeting principals/trustees of various schools/junior colleges in various cities
Positive, clear communication skills which allow faster closure of deals
Being analytical with regards to risk assessment when it comes to choosing and engaging with schools/junior colleges




Being diplomatic in approach and learn how to understand others' expectations
Good networking skills in order to leverage opportunities
Comfortable in traveling to different cities
Making pitch for the company, doing regular follow-ups and closing deals, ability to make a good first impression

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
