Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Interior Designer to lead end-to-end residential and commercial interior projects ranging from 500 sq. ft. to 10,000+ sq. ft.

Key Responsibilities
Develop interior design concepts, layouts, space plans, mood boards, and material palettes.
Design functional and aesthetically appealing residential and commercial spaces.
Incorporate Vastu principles and client preferences where required.
Prepare detailed design drawings, furniture layouts, and finish specifications.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
Supervise site execution and ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
Manage carpenters, masons, POP/gypsum specialists, furniture vendors, and finishing contractors.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and progress reviews.
Source materials, furniture, lighting, décor, and custom design elements.
Collaborate closely with promoters and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and design revisions effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.




5–15 years of experience in interior design and project execution.
Proven experience managing residential and commercial projects independently.
Solid understanding of:
Interior Design & Space Planning
Vastu Shastra
Furniture & Joinery Design
Material & Finish Selection
Lighting Design
Site Execution & Contractor Management
Exposure to both traditional and contemporary design styles.
Excellent aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
Robust communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and accommodate design revisions.
Comfortable working with senior leadership and key decision-makers.
