Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
Create and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Develop engaging captions, hashtags, and content ideas.
Manage the social media content calendar.
Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
Track social media performance and prepare weekly reports.

Google Ads
Assist in creating and managing Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
Conduct keyword research using Google Keyword Planner.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
Prepare basic campaign performance reports.

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Assist in setting up Meta Ads campaigns.
Create audience targeting and retargeting campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
Analyze ad metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.

Additional Responsibilities
Conduct competitor and market research.
Support SEO and website optimization activities.
Assist in email marketing and lead generation campaigns.
Coordinate with the design team for creatives and ad banners.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.




Understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads fundamentals.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of Canva is a plus.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, BBA, MBA, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
