About the Role

Vasishta Vignan Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Incharge to lead academic planning, improve teaching quality, and ensure excellent student outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a passion for educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, monitor, and improve academic programs across the school.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers to enhance classroom performance.
Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and lesson plans.
Analyze student performance and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Coordinate examinations, academic schedules, and teacher training programs.
Maintain academic records and prepare performance reports.
Work closely with the Principal to achieve institutional goals.
Promote discipline, innovation, and a positive learning workplace.





Qualifications
Master's Degree with B.Ed. (mandatory).
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with 2–3 years in an academic leadership role preferred.
Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, assessment, and classroom management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Experience in State Board schools is preferred.
