Prepare detailed architectural drawings including:
Floor plans
Elevations
Sections
Site plans
Working drawings
Detail drawings
As-built drawings
Develop drawings based on architectural concepts, engineering inputs, and client requirements.
Convert sketches, concepts, and design briefs into accurate CAD/BIM drawings.
Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project specifications.
CAD/BIM Modelling

Create and modify drawings using software such as:

AutoCAD

Revit Architecture (if applicable)

SketchUp/other visualization tools

Maintain proper layers, drawing standards, templates, and file organization.

Prepare BIM models and coordinate with engineering disciplines where required.
Design Coordination

Coordinate with:

Architects

Civil Engineers

Structural Engineers

MEP Consultants





Project Managers
Incorporate design revisions and technical comments promptly.
Identify drawing conflicts and coordinate resolutions.
Drawing Quality Control:

o Check drawings for:

Accuracy

Dimensions

Scale

Annotations

Material specifications

Drawing standards
Ensure error-free submission of drawings.
Maintain revision control and drawing registers.
Project Support:
Assist senior designers and engineers during project execution.
Prepare documentation required for approvals and client submissions.
Support quantity estimation and material schedules when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
