Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business prospects through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Contact potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to present company products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or company systems.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable negotiation and convincing ability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive organizational and time

-management skills. Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client acquisition. Preferred Candidate Profile
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience in B2B or B2C sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
