Job Title: Telecaller – CollectionsJob Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and target-driven Telecaller to handle collection activities. The role involves contacting customers to remind and recover overdue payments while maintaining a qualified and respectful approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for pending payments and overdue accounts
Follow up regularly to ensure timely collections
Explain payment terms, due amounts, and available payment options
Negotiate and convince customers to clear dues
Handle customer queries related to billing and payments
Maintain accurate records of calls and collection status
Update daily reports and collection trackers
Coordinate with field collection teams if required
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines





Requirements:
Minimum qualification: PUC / Graduate (any stream)
Positive communication skills (English + local language like Kannada/Hindi)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling systems)
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Solid negotiation and convincing skills
Prior experience in collections / telecalling is an added advantage
