Senior Accounts Executive – E-commerce Reconciliation

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end reconciliation and financial operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. The role involves handling high-volume transactions, ensuring financial accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and supporting timely closure of accounts while maintaining compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end reconciliation for platforms such as Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation processes
Identify, investigate, and resolve payment discrepancies, settlement issues, and revenue leakages
Independently handle monthly closing activities and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory requirements
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) and external stakeholders
Review and validate invoices, settlements, and commission structures
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure audit readiness
Develop and improve reconciliation processes, controls, and documentation




Mentor and guide junior team members

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
5–8 years of experience in Accounts (preferably e-commerce or retail industry)
Strong hands-on experience in reconciliation and financial operations

Required Skills
Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, INDEX-MATCH, Data Analysis)
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and compliance
Experience with accounting software (Tally, Zoho, SAP, or similar)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Robust communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Skills
Experience with Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart reconciliation
Exposure to high-volume transaction environments
Process improvement and automation mindset

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
