We are hiring a Field Supervisor to manage and monitor day-to-day field operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling on-ground staff, ensuring proper work execution, and maintaining discipline across assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily field operations and manpower deployment
Ensure staff attendance and proper duty allocation
Conduct regular field visits across assigned locations
Coordinate with drivers, helpers, and ground staff
Maintain daily reports and share updates with management
Ensure work completion as per company standards
Handle on-ground issues and resolve them efficiently
Monitor staff performance and prevent misuse of resources

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in field work / supervision
Comfortable with field job and local travel
Basic reporting skills (WhatsApp / Excel)
Valuable communication skills in Hindi
Ability to handle manpower and maintain discipline
Responsible and proactive attitude

Additional Information:

This is a field job, not an office-based role

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
