Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution, coordinate with consultants and contractors, and deliver projects on time while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
3–4 years of experience in residential, commercial, or villa construction projects.
Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site execution.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
Good understanding of construction quality standards and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.




Monitor construction quality, safety, and project progress.
Prepare daily progress reports and verify contractor bills.
Manage material planning, inventory, and site resources.
Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely project completion.
Assist in project handover and preparation of as-built documentation.

Preferred Skills
Experience in real estate or residential villa projects.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera is an added advantage.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
