We are looking for honest, energetic, and customer-friendly Petrol Pump Nozzle Staff to provide protected and accurate fueling services to customers at our HPCL Retail Outlet.

Key Responsibilities
Dispense Petrol, Diesel, and Power fuel accurately as per customer requirements.
Greet customers politely and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure correct fuel grade is dispensed before fueling.
Handle cash, UPI, cards, and other digital payments (if assigned).
Maintain cleanliness of the dispensing unit and forecourt.
Follow all HPCL safety procedures and fire safety guidelines.
Check for fuel leakage or equipment abnormalities and report immediately.
Guide customers regarding premium fuels and available offers.
Maintain daily sales records and shift handover properly.
Wear company uniform and safety equipment at all times.

Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred).
Age: 18–35 years.
Basic reading, writing, and calculation skills.




Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
Experience at a petrol pump is preferred but freshers can also apply.

Salary & Perks
Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on experience).
