About Dream for Positive Society

Dream for Good Society is a non-profit organization run by a group of like-minded social activists based in Hyderabad, India. Children of daily wage and migrant workers, and those studying in government schools, are often neglected and left without guidance throughout their childhood. To address this, we provide education and valuable nutrition to underprivileged government school children and dropouts through online and offline classes and mid-day meals, and we financially support children from poor socioeconomic backgrounds in pursuing higher education.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage programs aligned with organizational goals
Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Make monthly and yearly work plans and budgets
Supervise field staff, teachers, and volunteers
Visit schools and program centers regularly
Track program performance and outcomes
Prepare reports for internal teams and external stakeholders




Use data to inform program improvements
Talk to schools, government offices, and donors
Write letters and emails, and manage our social media pages
Manage program budgets and financial documentation
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

What You Need
A graduate degree (any subject); a background in Social Work or Education is a plus
Prior experience in program or project work (NGO or education experience preferred)
Comfortable using MS Office, the internet, and social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
Can write letters and emails on your own
Good spoken and written English and Telugu/Hindi
Ready to travel locally for school visits
Genuinely cares about children's education and welfare

Positive to Have
Experience working with government schools or underprivileged children
Some experience tracking program results or writing reports
Experience helping with donor communication or fundraising

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
