We are looking for a skilled and responsible IT / Software Executive to manage and support the company’s software systems, IT operations, and technical requirements. The candidate will be responsible for software handling, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining system performance, coordinating with users, and ensuring smooth functioning of all IT-related activities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company software and IT systems.
Provide technical support and resolve software, system, and user-related issues.
Monitor system performance and ensure smooth daily operations.
Coordinate with different departments regarding software requirements and technical support.
Maintain records of software usage, licenses, and IT assets.
Handle software installation, updates, and system configurations.
Ensure data security, backup, and system safety measures.
Troubleshoot hardware, network, and software-related problems.
Coordinate with software vendors or external IT support teams when required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
