Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the IT support team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT issues.
Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including network administration, system monitoring, backups, and security controls.
Manage IT assets, software licenses, and vendor relationships.
Develop, document, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor SLAs and ensure prompt response and resolution of support tickets.
Provide strategic inputs on IT infrastructure planning, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and align IT services accordingly.
Ensure data security, compliance, and disaster recovery preparedness.
Train and mentor IT support staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
Prepare regular reports on IT performance, incidents, and improvement plans for senior management.

Required Skills & Competencies




Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers, networking, cloud platforms, firewalls, etc.).
Hands-on experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Solid leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle escalations professionally.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
12+years of IT support experience, with at least 3 - 5 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or AWS will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
