Job Brief
US Benefits Administration is responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing benefits administration cases in accordance with applicable U.S. benefits guidelines, SOPs, and state-specific regulations. The role requires solid subject-matter expertise, sound judgement, and a commitment to staying current with regulatory and industry developments. You will also play a key role in guiding and supporting team members to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistent service delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
Apply robust problem‑solving skills to evaluate cases and connect process elements end‑to‑end.
Maintain thorough and current knowledge of U.S. benefits administration standards, state-level requirements, and organizational SOPs.
Review, validate, and close cases ensuring all guidelines and compliance norms are met.
Achieve daily targets and meet all defined SLAs.
Provide training, coaching, and floor support to team members, including new joiners,
to enhance accuracy and productivity.
Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with leadership for process improvements.
Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
Graduate degree in any discipline.
3+ years of relevant experience in U.S. Benefits Administration.
Strong understanding of U.S. advantages processes including new business, renewals, and documentation requirements.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint with the ability to create clear, compelling presentations.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and case documentation.
Ability to make sound, fact‑based decisions.
Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including weekends if required.
