Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Excellence skilled who can manage project activities from planning to execution. The candidate will coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and site teams while ensuring projects are completed within timelines, quality standards and company requirements. The role requires solid coordination, documentation, reporting, problem-solving and regular site monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor project schedules and execution activities.
Coordinate between architectural, structural, MEP and site execution teams.
Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Maintain project documentation, approvals, drawings and progress records.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports.
Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project standards.
Verify MIS reports and submit accurate project status updates.
Identify project risks and escalate critical issues with recommended solutions.




Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants and vendors for smooth execution.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
