Teaching & Academic Duties
Deliver lectures, skill-based sessions, demonstrations, and simulations for Emergency and Trauma Care subjects.
Assist in preparing lesson plans, teaching materials, practical manuals, and assessment tools.
Guide students in case presentations, assignments, seminars, and project work.
Conduct internal assessments, practical exams, viva, and assist in university examination-related duties.
Maintain student attendance, academic performance records, and documentation.

Clinical & Skill Training
Supervise student clinical postings in Emergency Department, Trauma Unit, Intensive Care Unit, and Ambulance/Pre-hospital care settings.
Train students in emergency management skills such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS) (as applicable), triage, first aid, and trauma care procedures.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control,



and ethical patient care standards.
Coordinate with clinical departments for student rotations and training schedules.

Administrative & Institutional Support
Assist in organizing workshops, CME programs, skill labs, and value-added courses.
Participate in curriculum updates, quality assurance processes, and NAAC/NABH-related documentation (as required).
Support departmental meetings, academic audits, and student counselling activities.
Assist in maintaining equipment, simulation lab materials, and academic resources.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
