Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the villa.
Inspect the property regularly and report any maintenance issues.
Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, and other service providers when needed.
Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out, if required.
Ensure the safety and security of the property.
Take care of the garden and surrounding outdoor areas (if applicable).
Monitor water, electricity, and other utilities.
Keep an inventory of household items and report shortages.

*keep the kitchen clean and maintian proper hygiene.

*prepare easy breakfast lunch and dinner for the coustomer and for yourself.

Requirements
Previous experience as a caretaker, housekeeper, or property manager is preferred.
Honest, reliable, and responsible.
Basic communication skills in Tamil; English is an added advantage.
Willing to stay in or work flexible schedule, if required.
Candidates from Ooty or nearby areas are preferred, but applicants from other locations are also welcome.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
