Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations and ensure that work in office progresses according to plans and schedules.
Project Monitoring: Monitor the quality of work to meet the required standards and specifications. Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Reporting: Regularly report progress to the senior management team. Assist in preparing progress reports, site reports, and other documentation.
Material Management: Monitor the procurement and usage of materials on-site, ensuring cost-effective and effective usage.
Communication: Communicate effectively via email and phone with clients, vendors, and other team members.
Troubleshooting:



Identify any issues or potential delays and provide solutions to keep the project on track.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Language Skills: Basic proficiency in English and Hindi, with good verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills: Proficient in site management, project coordination, and understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
Communication Skills: Robust email communication skills for correspondence with stakeholders and clients.
Location: Candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
