Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with service-related queries
Create job cards and explain service details to customers
Coordinate with technicians for timely job completion
Maintain service records and follow up with customers
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and feedback

Requirements:
Graduate
1–2 years of experience in automobile servicing or customer handling
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹9,999.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
