We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our Education Abroad team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, understanding their study abroad aspirations, generating qualified leads, scheduling counselling appointments, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students from company-generated leads.
Handle inbound inquiries regarding study abroad programs.
Explain study opportunities in countries such as Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the USA, and other destinations.
Qualify student leads based on eligibility and interest.
Schedule appointments for education counsellors.
Follow up with students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and student details in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
Coordinate with counsellors and the admissions team for smooth processing.




Build solid relationships with students and parents by providing excellent customer service.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is an advantage).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Valuable interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Google Sheets).
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Freshers are welcome.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or education counselling is preferred.

Preferred Experience
Experience in an overseas education consultancy.
Knowledge of student visas and international admissions.
Experience handling CRM software and lead management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
