Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Import Export Executive to join our team in Bhandup, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in import and export documentation, customs procedures, and logistics coordination.

Responsibilities
Handle import and export documentation
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics partners
Ensure timely customs clearance and shipment processing
Maintain shipping records and documentation
Prepare reports using MS Excel and communicate with clients and vendors via email

Requirements




Minimum 2 years of experience in Import & Export
Knowledge of import/export documentation
Familiarity with customs clearance and logistics
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Immediate joiners preferred

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
