What does the job entail?

-Should be able to create recruitment funnel by conducting Business Prospect Presentations ( BOPs ) / Career seminars after explaining them enhanced value propositions of the program.-To ensure conflict management and service the HNI partners and their HNI clients and enable them for higher business productivity-Creating awareness about the program advantages amongst the potential FC pool and ensuring their enrolment by the next tier review. Also to support & guide the Sales Hierarchy to recruit HNI partners, e.g - MFDs / CFAs / Equity brokers etc-To propagate the program and keep recruiting and nurturing high net-worth partners from external market-Implementing new initiatives of the Program-Nurture the relationship with the HNI partners-Desirable to have knowledge on Wealth Management & Equity Markets

Work Experience

Total 7 years plus sales experience. BFSI Industry experience will be preferred.

Essential Qualification

Minimum Graduate

Preferred Skills

Robust sales planning, Strategic bent of mind, Good communication and presentation skills and High achievement drive.
