Job Title: Production Incharge
Department: Production
Reports To: Production Manager / Factory Manager

Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring garment production to achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan daily production schedules and allocate manpower.
Monitor production output and achieve production targets.
Coordinate with Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
Ensure smooth production flow and minimize downtime.
Monitor machine utilization and production efficiency.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.




Maintain production records and reports.
Train and guide supervisors and operators.
Ensure adherence to safety and company policies.

Required Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Textile, Apparel, or related field.
5–10 years of garment manufacturing experience.
Solid leadership and production planning skills.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
