Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat in a timely and skilled manner.
Provide accurate information about nutraceutical products, including advantages, usage, dosage, and precautions.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and refunds.
Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with logistics, sales, and quality teams to address customer issues.
Educate customers on product offerings and promote cross-selling/upselling where appropriate.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines related to nutraceutical products.
Collect customer feedback and share insights for product/service improvement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
