Job Title: Showroom Staff

To provide excellent customer service, assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, and support the showroom team in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information about available two-wheelers, variants, features, specifications, colours, and pricing.
Explain vehicle features, benefits, finance options, exchange facilities, insurance, accessories, and other applicable offers.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.




Customer-friendly attitude and professional appearance.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and WhatsApp.
Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
Good follow-up and time-management skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.

Qualification: Plus Two / Degree or equivalent.
Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or customer service will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
