Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced IGCSE Biology Facilitator to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in handling the IGCSE curriculum and a strong commitment to fostering a stimulating learning workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging biology lessons aligned with the IGCSE curriculum.
Use a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
Student Assessment:
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance.
Classroom Management:
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and ensure a secure learning space.
Resource Development:
Develop and utilize a range of teaching materials and resources, including laboratory experiments, multimedia tools, and interactive activities.
Student Support:




Offer additional support and tutoring for students who require extra assistance.
Monitor and address individual student needs and progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's academic community.
Parental Engagement:
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide detailed reports on student performance.

Qualifications and Skills:
Degree in Biology, Education, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching the IGCSE Biology curriculum.
Solid knowledge of the IGCSE Biology syllabus and examination requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
