Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the planned schedule. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
Prepare and verify quantity estimates, BOQs, and material requirements. Ensure quality control by inspecting workmanship and materials used on site.
Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Plan and monitor labor deployment, equipment, and material usage.
Conduct site measurements and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Verify contractor bills and maintain measurement books (MB). Resolve technical issues arising during construction and suggest practical solutions.
Coordinate inspections and obtain approvals from consultants and clients.
Ensure proper documentation of site activities, drawings, and project records.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
