Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic CAD Application Engineer (Creo) with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Creo Design. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of Creo CAD software and excellent communication skills to visit customer locations, demonstrate the software, understand client requirements, and support the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities
Visit client locations to demonstrate PTC Creo CAD Software and its capabilities.
Explain Creo features, workflows, and benefits to prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer design requirements and recommend suitable Creo solutions.
Support customers during software implementation and initial adoption.
Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for successful project execution.
Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and user awareness sessions.
Provide basic technical guidance and resolve customer queries related to Creo.




Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
Prepare visit reports and update customer interactions regularly.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in Creo Design/Modeling.
Good understanding of Mechanical Design concepts.
Knowledge of 3D Modeling, Assembly, Sheet Metal, Drawing, and Surface Design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to interact confidently with customers and conduct software demonstrations.
Willingness to travel to client locations across Bangalore and nearby regions.
Basic understanding of CAD implementation processes is an added advantage.

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Graduation is mandatory.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of PTC Windchill will be an added advantage.
Experience in customer support, application engineering, or technical pre-sales is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
