About the Job

We are a Tea Trading & Wholesale Firm looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Accounts & Sales Promotion Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Tally and accounting, be comfortable working with MS Word and Excel, and also be capable of handling customer follow-ups, coordination, sales promotion and online lead generation.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Office Work
Maintain basic day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.
Handle basic accounting and billing-related work.
Prepare and maintain records using MS Excel.
Prepare documents and correspondence using MS Word.
Maintain basic computer and office records.
Assist in routine administrative and documentation work.

Sales Promotion & Customer Coordination
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, orders and requirements.
Provide regular customer support and maintain good customer relationships.
Generate new sales leads through online research and various B2B platforms/websites.
Search for potential buyers and business prospects online.




Make calls and communicate with customers in a qualified manner.
Support the sales team in developing current business opportunities.
Maintain records of enquiries, leads and customer follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements
Basic knowledge of Tally Accounting is required.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Basic computer skills.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Should be confident in speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
Should have the ability to search online and identify potential customers/leads.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Should be sincere, responsible and willing to learn.
Candidates with prior experience in accounts, sales coordination, telecalling, lead generation or trading businesses will be preferred.

Freshers with the required computer, communication and basic accounting skills may also be considered. Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.

Salary & Benefits

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience, skills and suitability for the position.

Sunday – Weekly Holiday
