Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the assigned restaurant section.
Lead and guide the service team to ensure smooth and productive operations.
Allocate tables and duties among service staff as per business requirements.
Welcome guests and ensure a warm, qualified, and personalized dining experience.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for the smooth delivery of orders.
Monitor food quality, presentation, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall restaurant ambience.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
