Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with 15+ years of experience in the construction industry to drive business growth, develop recent client relationships, and secure new construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the construction and real-estate sector and proven experience in generating and converting business opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
15+ years of relevant experience in Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate Business Development.
Strong existing network among developers, corporate clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
Proven track record of securing construction projects and achieving business targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
Ability to independently identify opportunities and convert leads into projects.




Solid leadership and team-management capabilities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Preferred Profile
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience handling high-value construction projects will be an advantage.
Candidates with established industry contacts and a solid project acquisition track record are preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
