The Senior Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing in office construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The role involves coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities
Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Review drawings and provide technical guidance to the team
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of site activities
Liaise with clients and stakeholders for project updates
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction/site execution
Solid knowledge of construction processes and materials
Experience in handling commercial/residential projects
