Candidate should be based in Kolkata.
Prior experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
Positive knowledge of the local real estate market trends and property regulations.
Possession of a two-wheeler will be an added advantage.
Timely and consistent follow-up with clients is essential for converting leads into successful sales.
Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Candidate should be confident, outspoken, and capable of handling clients effectively.
Ability to conduct site visits and explain project details professionally.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
