Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, ensure compliance, and support accounting operations within the automobile sector. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities, dealership/vendor transactions, and inventory-related financials.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accounting records (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)
Handle billing, invoicing, and reconciliation of dealer/vendor accounts
Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
Process vehicle sales entries, including GST calculations and documentation
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist in GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, inventory, logistics)
Track inventory accounting (vehicles, spare parts, accessories)
Support audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)
2–5 years of accounting experience (automobile/dealership experience preferred)




Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems)
Good understanding of inventory accounting and cost tracking
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Valuable communication and coordination skills

Preferred Experience:
Experience working with automobile dealerships or OEMs
Familiarity with vehicle financing, insurance entries, and RTO-related accounting
Exposure to high-volume transaction settings

Timely reconciliation and reporting
Compliance with statutory regulations
Efficiency in handling AP/AR cycles
Inventory accounting accuracy

Work Workplace:
Office-based role with coordination across sales and operations teams
May require working during month-end/financial closing periods

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
