Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our construction sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, references, and online platforms.
Meet prospective clients and explain the company's construction services.
Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer requirements.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills




Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of construction, interiors, or real estate sales is preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Eligibility
Minimum 6+ months of experience in Sales, Construction, Real Estate, Building Materials, or Interior Sales.
Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred.
Willingness to travel within Bangalore for client meetings.
