Job Opening: Planning & Billing Engineer

Position: Planning & Billing Engineer
Experience: 5–6 Years
Industry: Construction / Civil / PMC

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor project schedules using MS Project/Primavera.
Prepare, verify, and process client and contractor RA bills.
Review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis.
Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Coordinate with site, design, and client teams for billing and planning activities.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and work progress.
Maintain project documentation, billing records, and MIS reports.

Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.




5–6 years of experience in planning and billing for residential, commercial, or high-rise construction projects.
Robust knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, billing, and project scheduling.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and AutoCAD.
Valuable communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
