Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who can independently manage the accounting and compliance requirements of multiple companies within the group. The candidate should be well-versed in finalization of accounts, statutory compliance, and financial reporting across entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger management.
Prepare and review financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Handle accounts finalization and coordinate with statutory/internal auditors.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and file periodic returns.
Manage payroll accounting and related statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT).
Manage banking operations: account reconciliations, fund transfers, loan documentation, LC/BG, cash flow management, and negotiations with banks.




Monitor accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely vendor/client reconciliations.
Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and budgets for management review.
Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Support management in cost control, financial planning, and strategy.
Lead, mentor, and guide junior accountants in the team.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ICWA/CPA preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably handling multiple entities/companies.
Robust knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books) and advanced Excel skills.
Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask across companies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
