We are looking for a proactive and experienced Tender Executive who can independently manage and file tenders on UNGM (United Nations Global Marketplace) and GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portals. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of tendering procedures and should be able to handle the entire process with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify relevant tenders on UNGM and GeM portals.
End-to-end management of tender submissions.
Prepare and compile required documents, proposals, and compliance forms.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical and commercial inputs.
Monitor and manage deadlines, clarifications, and amendments.
Ensure timely filing and follow-up of tenders.

Requirements:
Proven experience handling tenders on both UNGM and GeM portals.
Solid knowledge of procurement processes and tender documentation.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
