Years of Experience: 1 To 3 Yrs

(Preference for Candidates worked in Plastic Injection Moulding industry )

Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution
Supervise daily production activities of plastic injection moulding machines.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the daily and monthly production plan.
Coordinate with the Planning, Stores, Tool Room, Quality, and Maintenance departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
Monitor production schedules and prioritize jobs based on customer delivery commitments.
Ensure optimum utilization of machines, moulds, manpower, and raw materials.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of plastic injection moulding processes.
Experience with mould changeovers, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of engineering plastics and their applications.
Knowledge of quality tools and production planning.
Valuable leadership and people management skills.
Ability to work in shifts and under production deadlines.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
