Product Design: knowledge of Machining Fixture concept /GD & T, Drawing Knowledge / NC Program(Fanuc in HMC) creation and prove out of product / Cutting Tool Selection / Machine selection / Process sheet preparation in discussion with casting team / independently devise strategy to achieve CPC & CT / Prove out of after process equipment’s / Machining cutting time calculation for Cost estimation

Continues Improvement : Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Line balancing / VA/VE activities to reduce the Cycle time & product Cost / Tool cost reduction / Strategy and analysis for non-performing cutting tools

Documentation : Hands on experience in Casting Process Control Documentation and Quality Management system like Control plan / PFMEA/APQP/Change management(ECR,ECN)/Process flow / Poka-yokes generation /Tool Management /
