We are looking for energetic and passionate Baristas & Café Team Members to join our growing team. If you love coffee, food service, and customer interaction, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items as per brand standards
Handle customer orders and ensure excellent guest experience
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet
Operate POS billing system efficiently
Follow SOPs for service, quality, and safety
Work collaboratively with team members
Requirements:
Prior experience in café / QSR preferred
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
