Key Responsibilities:
Own and run the recruitment cycle
Prioritize hiring needs smartly based on business goals.
Build and nurture a solid candidate network.
Hands-on with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, etc.
Forming and maintaining employee records.
Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
