Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth material flow.
Receive, inspect, identify, and properly store incoming materials.
Maintain accurate GRN, stock records, material issue, and receipt documentation.
Issue materials to production and other departments based on authorized requirements.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory.
Maintain proper bin location, part identification, and material traceability.
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials, components, consumables, and finished goods.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, PPC, QA, and Accounts for material requirements and discrepancies.
Identify slow-moving, excess, and obsolete materials and report to management.
Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices within the store.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports as required.




Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
Supervise store assistants/helpers and allocate daily activities.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of Inventory Management & Store Management.
Knowledge of ERP / Inventory Management Software.
Positive understanding of GRN, material issue/receipt, stock reconciliation, and documentation.
Knowledge of engineering components, raw materials, fasteners, consumables, and spare parts will be an advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
