About the Role

Pioneer Technologies is looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Brand Communications Manager to lead our brand communication and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening our brand presence, creating compelling content, managing digital campaigns, and driving impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and brand communication strategies.
Create and manage content for the company website, LinkedIn, social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
Build compelling company, leadership, employee, and client success stories.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with HR, Sales, Leadership, and Digital Marketing teams on branding initiatives.
Manage the marketing calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning, content creation, and design execution.




Monitor industry trends and recommend creative marketing strategies.
Lead marketing projects and ensure timely execution.

Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Communications, or Digital Marketing.
Strong content writing, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
Good understanding of digital marketing, branding, SEO, and social media platforms.
Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of marketing tools and analytics is an added advantage.
Experience in the IT Services, Technology, or SaaS industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
