Job Summary:
The Human Resources (HR) Executive is responsible for supporting the organization's HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. The role helps create a positive work setting while ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,850.36 - ₹25,000.00 per month
